Update:

From Digging to Defining Structure.

Previously, we successfully concluded site excavation. This cleared and shaped the land for structural engineering. We have now entered the geo-location analysis phase, where we map and assess soil conditions to prepare for piling.

Piling involves driving 65 deep foundational columns into the earth, providing support for the vertical structure to follow. It’s one of the most critical steps in ensuring long-term integrity, especially for a mid-rise development like Opal.
